What happens if I ordered the wrong product?

Please send us an email at shop@positionpartners.com.au with your Shopify order number in the subject line and let us know what the problem is.

Then, send your product/s back in re-saleable condition (unopened and unused) within 30 days of the order date, and we will be happy to provide you with a refund* or exchange (postage not included).

*Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them

 

What about if the product is Faulty on arrival?

Please send us an email at shop@positionpartners.com.au with your Shopify order number in the subject line within 7 days of receiving your order

We will be happy to provide a refund or replacement including all postage costs. Please make sure you email us with your Shopify order number in the subject line, within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

 

What about if the product Breaks or Fails during Warranty Period?

Please send us an email at shop@positionpartners.com.au with your Shopify order number in the subject line within the Product Warranty Period.

We will be happy to provide a replacement if within warranty period including all postage costs.

Once the item has been received back and inspected by specialist a replacement product will be organised.

How to return products

First, please email us to let us know the reason for the return, then print out a copy of your email and send it back to us with your products. Returns will not be accepted unless you have emailed us first as this will help us help you and all our customers in the future.

Please note that your return must be sent back within 30 days of the order date. Unless it is a Warranty Replacement which must be within the Warranty Period.

 

Shipping

We ship to all destinations within Australia via Australia Post.

All orders received will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

We will send an email to you with tracking details once your order has dispatched.

 

Shipping Costs

Are calculated during the checkout process based on product weight & destination postcode. These prices are directly from the Australia Post Website.

Standard Post 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia

Express Post 1-3 business days depending on your location with Australia

 

Western Australian (WA) customers

Standard Post 4-6 business days

Express Post 1-3 business days

Pick-up in Store Orders

Click and Collect orders will be dispatched the next business day to our showroom locations for customer collection. We do not ship orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Customers will be emailed once their click & collect order has been dispatched and when it is ready for collection from their selected showroom location*.

Pick-up in Store Delivery time-frame:

NSW - Allow 2 Business Days from dispatch

ACT - Allow 3 Business Days from dispatch

VIC - Allow 1 Business Day from dispatch

SA - Allow 3 Business Days from dispatch

QLD - Allow 3 Business Days from dispatch

WA - Allow 3 Business Days from dispatch

NT - Allow 4 Business Days from dispatch

Customer Collection

When collecting your order please provide the Shopify Invoice to the representative to locate your order. Once your order has been located you will be required to sign a Sales Shipment as proof of collection.
